Rethink your break rooms. Transform tired, old rooms into innovative community spaces. Include fresh, healthy meals, snacks, and beverages. Consider a napping corner for quick power snoozes, equipped with wireless, noise-blocking headphones, sleep masks, pillows, and blankets. Games are fun, too, and keep magazine racks stashed with current reading material.
